The Deerfield Beach, Florida, sterile compounding pharmacy will be TWG's second pharmacy acquisition in 12 months.
DEERFIELD BEACH, FL — October 26, 2026 — The Wellness Group (TWG), a vertically integrated American healthcare and wellness company, today announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Skip's Pharmacy, a sterile compounding pharmacy in Deerfield Beach, Florida. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals, including approval from the Florida Board of Pharmacy for the change of ownership.
Once complete, it will be TWG's second pharmacy acquisition in the past 12 months and the latest step in the company's commitment to invest up to $250 million in healthcare and wellness infrastructure across the United States.
Skip's Pharmacy will add sterile compounding capacity to TWG's growing pharmacy network. It will support TWG's mission to deliver high-quality compounded medications through an integrated healthcare platform.
An Integrated Model for American Healthcare
TWG brings telemedicine, pharmacy operations, compounding, fulfillment, technology, and patient care onto one platform. The company does not rely on a fragmented network of third-party providers. Its strategy centers on pharmaceutical quality, supply chain transparency, operational efficiency, and accessible pricing.
Foster Coulson, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of The Wellness Group, said quality will remain the foundation of the company's growth:
"When it comes to medications people put into their bodies, there is no room for compromise. Patients deserve products prepared to rigorous standards, with full transparency about where ingredients come from and how they are handled. Quality should never be sacrificed for cost, convenience, or speed. By investing directly in pharmacy infrastructure, we gain greater oversight of the entire process, from ingredient sourcing to the medication a patient receives."
The acquisition will expand TWG's ability to fill patient-specific prescriptions for prescribers, telemedicine providers, and medical practices that need dependable compounding pharmacy services.
Quality Systems, Traceability, and Competitive Pricing
Thomas Rebhandl, CEO, Pharmacy, leads TWG's pharmacy operations. Under his leadership, TWG is building a technology-enabled pharmacy network that pairs experienced pharmacists with automation, quality management systems, and supply chain traceability. These investments aim to improve consistency, strengthen quality controls, and reduce unnecessary costs.
"Our objective is straightforward: high-quality compounded medications at competitive prices, without compromising quality or safety. We are combining experienced pharmacists, sterile compounding prepared in accordance with USP <797>, and modern technology to raise the standard for our industry."
"Traceability is especially important to us. We want to know where every ingredient originates, how it is tested, and how it is handled in our facilities. That is how we build systems that patients and prescribers can trust."

Continued Growth
Coulson said TWG will continue to grow through acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and infrastructure development.
"We're just getting started. Healthcare in America is changing, and we intend to help build the infrastructure behind it. Our $250 million commitment is about building an integrated national platform that makes quality healthcare products and services more accessible, affordable, and efficient. This will be our second pharmacy acquisition in less than a year, and it won't be our last. We see real opportunities to acquire strong businesses, invest in their people and technology, and help them achieve more together than they could alone."
